Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Condition of Returns

We accept returns on items that have been gently used. Items should be clean and in resalable condition.

How to Return (UK Orders)

Returning items is easy:

  1. Contact us to initiate your return
  2. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label or QR code that you can use to print a label at your local shop
  3. Pack your items securely and attach the label
  4. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location

Return shipping is free for UK customers - we'll cover the cost.

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending your return to receive instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

We offer both full refunds and exchanges. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
